We Europeans are at fault. I run a in-person program (where in order to get involved, sending a check is not enough and you need to actually do something in person) and I was wanting to apply, but after being declined by many other services on the grounds of lack of proof (while RFL & others accumulate legal processes in our laws company's tables), and under poor xenophobic excuses such as 'you're not american', I decided to anonymously ask first, and depending on the answer, contact the creator in-persona. Obviously, since it is anonymous, the e-mail and name below are nonexistent. This is limited to americans, right? We Europeans are at fault.
